2025 Fall Registration

Registration can be completed through our online system, or with a completed registration form. There is a non-refundable $40.00 registration fee per dancer, or $60 per family due at the time of enrollment. Classes will not be held for any family that has not paid this fee.
Once registered with MMDS, you will receive monthly email newsletters to notify you of important dates, current news, updates and announcements. All studio communication will be by email so please be sure to keep a current email address on file with us at all times.
