Acrobatics
Ages 5 and up.
A style of dance that combines dance technique with precision acrobatic elements. A defining characteristic of acro is the smooth, graceful transitions between dance and acrobatic movements. Acro teaches flexibility, balance, strength and muscle control.
Shoe Requirements:
No shoes required however all dancers must wear footless or stirrup tights
